A Blossom of a Festival

Mr. H took me to the Cherry Blossom Festival at the botanic garden today. It was so beautiful, snowing flowers on everyone. The lilacs were also out in full force, eclipsing the cherry blossoms in smell by far! There were so many people there, lines at every entrance. As we stood in line, kids were rolling down the grassy hill. It looked like so much fun! I got a necklace with cherry blossoms on it so I can keep them near my heart the other 11 months of the year!

Oh! And, log, I put on suntan lotion for the first time this spring! Fight the freckles!
